In the kitchen, chef Massimo Curti prepares specialities from all over Italy based on fresh products, either imported or homemade. We recommend the Sicilian eggplant caponata or the assortment of charcuteries and cheeses as starters. as a main course, you can enjoy the creamy pasta and especially the gratin of gnocchi, with ricotta and spinach, the ultra-thin pizzas, especially the parma e burrata pizza (marinated cherry tomatoes, parma ham and burrata).
