Within the chic Splendid Royal Hotel, this new Italian restaurant offers fine cuisine from the fresh-produced Botte, mainly imported from Italy. The talented Michelino Goia star chef provides a taste trip. On entry, you are recommended for mackerel served with mayonnaise with raspberry vinegar. In the flat, the Fagotti pasta was greatly loved by the tomato served on a bed of stracciatella with gamlow. In dessert, we melted with the hazelnut foam of the balanced Piedmont with a beautiful touch of lemon.

Le cadre est agréable et chaleureux, des petits détails par ci par là nous ramène dans une forme d’enfance à l’italienne et le bal ouvert des assiettes et des saveurs nous font voyager immédiatement en Italie.
La dégustation du mischiato de pasta était le sommet de cette soirée pour moi : un plat époustouflant en terme d’intensité aromatique et émotionnel.
Bravo au chef, au très bon sommelier qui a officié en salle (excellent Nebbiolo recommandé) et au service jeune et volontaire.
Une adresse qui place le label Relais & Châteaux dans l’excellence de la gastronomie transalpine!
