Within the chic Splendid Royal Hotel, this new Italian restaurant offers fine cuisine from the fresh-produced Botte, mainly imported from Italy. The talented Michelino Goia star chef provides a taste trip. On entry, you are recommended for mackerel served with mayonnaise with raspberry vinegar. In the flat, the Fagotti pasta was greatly loved by the tomato served on a bed of stracciatella with gamlow. In dessert, we melted with the hazelnut foam of the balanced Piedmont with a beautiful touch of lemon.
