LA VINOTECA
Restaurant-wine bar in Paris offering a menu of various dishes, fish and meat, roasted figs.
The decor is completely modern: a few vintage prints contrast with black and aluminium walls adorned with large paintings. The restaurant is bathed in light thanks to the large glass roof and glass windows. And what's particularly pleasant is that some tables are spaced apart so that you don't participate in the neighbors'conversation. As its name indicates, the Vinoteca is a wine bar with a selection of 60 references from all over Italy: rich fruity and fresh red, rich white, all of them harmoniously agree with the proposed dishes. The map in VO that we quickly translated, especially on the plate, gives very envy: risotto with ceps lamellae and break of black truffles or the supreme de chicken, tomato sauce based on peppers, garlic and onions. There are of course pasta and a choice of fish and meat. In dessert, honey roasted figs, homemade ricotta, caramel and salty butter are worth a visit. The toilets also: A Diamond furniture and a crocodile tile…
