The Fiat group does not reject anything. Combining technological innovation, contemporary art and gastronomic tradition, its restaurant Nolita was created by Jean-Michel Wilmotte in a glass tower. It is the former head of the Cortile, Vittorio Beltramelli, who went to Ducasse and ex-star, who took up the challenge. He has used his experience to create a generous and refined cuisine. For the rest, it is a flawless. The grilled vegetables as a starter were delicious, risotto " nero" fried squid ink and octopus particularly successful. Affordable wines and service summit point: with crazy the very professional and friendly service. A nice address on the Champs Elysées that go so much of it.
