OUR KEBAB
Restaurant where the starred chef Philippe Geneletti reinvents various kinds of khebab.
Damien Schmitz, a training centralien, has teamed up with a star chef, Philippe Geneletti, to reinvent the khebab and create a new «Our Khebab» chain, a kind of chic, more dietetic khebab, more fin, especially marinated and with original sauce. The decoration in grey and grey tones has been entrusted to a designer architect, the furniture is modern, the state-of-the-art loudspeakers and the restoration team have its deck with the colours of the sign: red. Three broches pins for each type of sandwich, all prepared on the order. Their specificity? Their contents, carrots, white cabbage, fennel shoots, spinach shoots… and especially a wide variety of homemade sauces: white sauce cucumber, white sauce, white sauche with ginger, herbs sauce, hirata-tandoori sauce, white tarragon sauce, etc. Example: the Gift Our based on wheat cake, marinated meat, salad, tomato, red onions and tomato-tandoori and white sauce. Also: The Ame Our based on poppy crisp, veal marinated, salad, tomato, tomato-tandoori sauce and chives. Possible delivery in some districts.
