Address in Paris elaborating specialties of the sea and a cart of desserts well furnished.

Helen's speciality is fish. Choose from grilled, steamed or à la plancha. Meticulous service, with the fish cut up on a pedestal table in the dining room. Beforehand, to awaken the taste buds, an appetizer of scallops with seaweed butter, followed by sea bass carpaccio with yuzu or langoustine tails with citrus fruit. Finally, a cart of desserts garnished by talented pastry chef Marc Boisaubert: airy millefeuille with crispy puff pastry, Paris-Brest with a flowing praline heart and lemon meringue tart.

Si vous aimez le poisson, vous êtes au bon endroit, impossible de faire un choix tellement les plats proposés à la carte sont alléchants.
Et c'est un régale, une découverte exceptionnelle.
Nous sommes obligé d y retourner pour continuer notre voyage.
simple, discret et très professionnel, le service est à la hauteur de leur proposition culinaire, il est parfait.

Soirée exceptionnelle pour une anniversaire ! Produits d'une excellente qualité, très bien travaillés, quelle expertise ! Franck Barrier est très prévenant et charmant. Et le très cadre épuré, très chic! Et petit coup de coeur pour le chariot de desserts !!
