114 FAUBOURG
3 star luxury brasserie in Paris offering a menu of meats, gourmet dishes and pastries.
The 114 Faubourg is the luxury brasserie from Bristol to Paris. Eric Fréchon, the three-star leader Eric Fréchon, assisted by Eric Desbordes, whose map has been named "2011 Pie World Champion". So it's by the famous duck block that we start our meal, or by a Fish & Chips in a villains tribute— but not too much! - in Comte de Bristol'great British traveller '. For the rest, a tartare of Saint-Jacques and oyster, passing through a veal rib nachos to Parma ham, a roasted blue lobster or a pan-fried beef fillet of Colonnata, is a palace map that is presented here, gastronomic and luxurious. A consensus map for efficient plates, wisely staged and balancées, not too rustic, or too épurées, in a word greedy. The Confectioners desserts make it possible to close the loop, for example, with an abundance of Bourbon vanilla, destructuré vacherin or chocolate soufflé. The restaurant consists of two levels, the first on the ground floor, the second in the basement, with a wide perspective on the kitchens. This low level will not be the because it has a large central opening on the ground floor, to which it is connected by a majestic staircase. Classic bourgeois decoration and no history in the continuity of Bristol.
