LE KELLER - HÔTEL CHAMPS-ÉLYSÉES PLAZA
Cosy restaurant where the chef's à la carte proposals invite you to taste the dishes and come back.
It is not always clear which hotel restaurant is worth testing and often we tend to abandon them. The restaurant of the very beautiful Champs-Elysées Plaza restaurant is typical of the restaurant. It's a big mistake, because there's a lot of fun at the young chef Vincent Boucher who started on the Argent Tower before making part of his career at Ladurée. It is not a palace kitchen but this kitchen deserves even a detour for its cosy place that inspires relaxation and serenity. At the map of this moment gourmand, a tuna tataki with eggs from Masago and Tobiko to begin, then a wild turbot façon with its risotto as a paella and to finish a glazed vacherin with red fruits. In short, the chief's proposals have made us feel like returning.
