This Brasserie, opened by Stéphane Manigold, well-known in the restaurant world, is located opposite Contraste, another of his restaurants. For this address, he has placed his trust in Sylvain Courivaud, a former chef at Le Meurice. This young chef from the Charente region uses all kinds of cooking methods (we couldn't resist): grilling, barbecuing (big green egg, binchotan for connoisseurs) and flaming. The result: exceptional meats, fish and vegetables with astonishing smoky and/or grilled flavours. Beautiful cocktails to quench your thirst and elegant decor.

Un service aux petits soins, des plats tous cuits au feu de bois pour rapporter ce petit goût Smokey (viande, légume, poisson).
Le restaurant propose un menu déjeuner à 39€ avec amuse bouche, entrée, plat, dessert, mignardises: prix très raisonnable pour la qualité des produits, les quantités et le cadre.
Le cadre est sympa et chaleureux
