This Brasserie, opened by Stéphane Manigold, well-known in the restaurant world, is located opposite Contraste, another of his restaurants. For this address, he has placed his trust in Sylvain Courivaud, a former chef at Le Meurice. This young chef from the Charente region uses all kinds of cooking methods (we couldn't resist): grilling, barbecuing (big green egg, binchotan for connoisseurs) and flaming. The result: exceptional meats, fish and vegetables with astonishing smoky and/or grilled flavours. Beautiful cocktails to quench your thirst and elegant decor.

C'est sinon un très beau restaurant (mais là aussi, les couteaux sont très beaux mais ne sont pas suffisamment aiguisés pour couper la viande...).
