Located in Paris, Braise is an elegantly decorated restaurant where chef Sylvain Courivaud simmers wood-fired cuisine.

This Brasserie, opened by Stéphane Manigold, well-known in the restaurant world, is located opposite Contraste, another of his restaurants. For this address, he has placed his trust in Sylvain Courivaud, a former chef at Le Meurice. This young chef from the Charente region uses all kinds of cooking methods (we couldn't resist): grilling, barbecuing (big green egg, binchotan for connoisseurs) and flaming. The result: exceptional meats, fish and vegetables with astonishing smoky and/or grilled flavours. Beautiful cocktails to quench your thirst and elegant decor.

Bel endroit, chaleureux, service attentif, leur menu dégustation est original et plein de surprises.Ils proposent également des côtes de boeuf.

Nous sommes venus déjeuner il y a 3 jours. Quelle expérience ! Quel voyage visuel et culinaire. Le restaurant a cette ambiance cosy où l’on se sent bien dès l’arrivée. Le personnel de salle est charmant et disponible. La cuisine du chef Courivaud est vraiment excellente. Des influences asiatiques avec le bao, des sauces qui font la réputation de la cuisine française. Un dessert autour du chocolat à tomber. C’était exquis !
