Restaurant in Paris serving some fish and meat dishes and desserts.

If you are a meat lover, forget the big names that abound throughout France and indulge in this restaurant which is entirely or almost dedicated to meat. Perfectly refined, grilled over charcoal, it comes from Argentina (Angus beef), the United States (Black Angus), Japan (Wagyu beef) and from France (particularly the Chateaubriand Charolais breed) served with a sauce and accompaniment of your choice. At a time when much was said and written about meat, Charbon Rouge is one of those addresses that did not wait for this trend to get into the field. If you are not keen on meat, the restaurant also offers a few fish dishes, like the royal sea bream, the organic big prawns and Scottish salmon. However, what is certain is that you will not miss the famous dessert, the mille-feuilles with dulce de leche. Those who have visited Argentina before will understand, the others ... give it a try!

I love viandard is one of my pals journalist to RTL that frequent this establishment regularly, I he had lunch with him in this temple of meat. What a treat, what a intense pleasure to taste the meat, grilled to perfection, delicious, perfumed, melting... I still dribble about it! It is the best restaurant of meat in France, it is as well as in Argentina, in Chile and than in some magic places of Atlanta, of San-Antonio and New-York. If you like meat it is there that you must go, bon appétit! Bonus: the waitresses are charming!
In this restaurant Friday, February 18, 2011, I assessed the welcome, the service, the quality ingredients and the presentation, considered a little expensive. However, atyant ordered and have empennadas, charged me the place a salad of calf sweetbreads, almost double the price by me affirming that it was what you served me. I had never eaten empenadas, but I can not absolutely confuse them sweetbreads, I know, despite my bad view of I suspect staff have treacherously was. However, I hate that you yourself me (to be polite) and vicitime discriminations.
