BOCO
Starred restaurant in Paris serving a classic meal in jars, original dishes and seasonal products.
An entry stamped by Anne-Sophie Pic, a dish designed by Emmanuel Renaut or Jean-Michel Lorain, finally a dessert signed by Christophe Michalak or Philippe Conticini in one meal, telling you? Well, this is what Boco proposes, certainly not in the form of a classic meal, but in jars (you enter?). It is an astonishing concept, and it is to say perfectly welcome. Some examples: Conflict Veau and Prunes Chutney (Pic), Risotto risotto for asparagus and reblochon (Renaut), orange to orange and French-based peas (Marcon). There is inspiration, originality and seasonal products, all put in music by eight prominent chefs under the leadership of Vincent Ferniot. In (very) top of the basket of the fast catering offer offered in our capital.
