The Vraymonde is the contemporary restaurant of Buddha-Bar. The panasian cuisine revisits the products of French soil, but is complemented by the collaboration of the naturopath, Catherine Malpas, who makes healthy cuisine full of gourmandise. For you, you have selected lobster and meal as a tartar, or rolls of crunchy shrimp and salmon, fresh herbs, avocado, cucumber and ginger. Challans's fillet fillet with roasted Sichuan berries and charolais beef fillet, Japanese mayonnaise, are in the same vein to continue, but those who prefer more classical tastes are also filled with Black Angus East Asian style noix, or the cheeseburger in the = dry simmental, home fries. In dessert, mango in gravlax, perfect heart iced iced glacé, raspberry, ice mango mango is pure happiness!
