Previously housed in the Prince of Wales Hotel, the Stage has changed its decor and is now located on Avenue Matignon. Stéphanie Le Quellec is still in charge. Expérience inoubliable à l'occasion des 80 ans de notre maman, énormément de créativité et de finesse dans l'assiette, service à la fois sympathique, chaleureux et discret, une vaisselle vraiment sur mesure et pleine de bonnes idées, l'équipe en cuisine est incroyable d'efficacité et de silence car elle est située dans la même pièce, tout le monde travaille efficacement, impressionnant. Vraiment une excellente adresse, bravo!
