After Beijing, Dubai and Taipei, Yannick Alléno opens STAY in Paris at the Sofitel Le Faubourg Hotel in the middle of fashion. STAY for Simple Table Yannick Alléno. Simple table, really? We doubt this because everything here breathes luxury and exception. The decoration signed Didier Gomez, all contrasts, between black, white and yellow, the map then: on one front page entries and dishes, including a "heart of lettuce in Spanish sardines", a boiled egg to green asparagus, a bar of roasted line, cébettes and shells made of yuzu butter. Arrive the plates, clean, elegant, obvious. Simple indeed, but greedy. Next page, we choose its meat (beef fillet, lamb coast…), its accompaniment (picks potato, apples matches, puree…) and sauce (virgin, pepper, béarnaise…). Other originality: one will choose his dessert in the dessert library, it will be prepared "minute". The abundance will be made with vanilla cream, pistachio or chocolate. We also choose dough, nature or chocolate. A must, this profusion, and yet we ate it. Comes the addition… Simple table, really?
