Lucas is Lucas Carton, and the Lucas Market is the bistrotière of the gastronomic restaurant of the same name. It is just above and you can reach it by the Galerie de la Madeleine. Julien Dumas, trained in the team Alain Ducasse (at Rech in particular), and arrived in January 2014, offers a bistronomique kitchen, made from fresh and seasonal products. The single menu offers you, for example, entry, home or calf eggs, green beans; in flat, lamb shoulder, roasted vegetables or fried cod, spinach, or even, beef piece, béarnaise sauce, chips and fermentation. By dessert, you recommend it to the rum or the Paris-brest. Effective, without unnecessary complications, but inspired, this is the kitchen of this young chef.
