3 star hotel-restaurant offering traditional and seasonal products with a touch of contemporary creativity.
After going through the elegant palace lobby of Four Seasons George V, you are set behind the glass garden in a 7 m high glass and steel orangerie, which required 6 months of work before the restaurant opened in June 2015. This is the 3rd gourmet restaurant of the luxury hotel, after the George opened at the end of 2015 and the already triple stars. Comfortably installed in your armchair, under a bright glass roof facing a courtyard with orchids, the sublime taste festival David Unattainable starts with a delicious put in mouth before dishes as beautiful as refined and incredibly elegant to the shape of the plate do not appear. Your awestruck eyes will be entitled to an explosion of colors which goes with an explosion of flavours in the mouth, and if adventure is also obscured by the sun that radiates on the glass, fear, the waiter will present you with sunglasses on a tray and you can choose from among the best brands the pair that you will give you the time of a meal. So it's a last-minute looké that you continue your meal and taste tradition and season products with a beautiful touch of contemporary creativity. During our passage, we were able to treat ourselves with an octopus of Mediterranean, lawyer, hazelnut to orange orange, continue with a cabillaud cod, cazette marmelade, roseval, and finish in beauty with a perfect lemon, basil, hazelnuts and brittle caramel… It was a wonderful gastro trip!
