This restaurant of L'Hôtel du Collectionneur was fully refurbished in 2018. The bright room with its design style, with beautiful Art Deco touches, is elegant and cosy with marble tables, velvet seats, beautiful lighting... The long bar with its very contemporary look, where Ruinart champagne is in the spotlight, completes the picture of refinement. But it is above all the cuisine that is amazing, both French and Asian. It is the work of Chefs Joël Veyssière and Nicolas Amelin with, for instance, a tataki of Wagyu beef, sweet potato, and candied kumquat or a lamb and purée of yuzu peas. As for the dessert, don't miss the Tagada strawberry panna cotta. Another advantage of the Collectionneur: its large green terrace.
