EDERN
Restaurant in Paris elaborating a refined and creative French cuisine with good local and seasonal products.
This is the restaurant of Jean-Edern Hurstel, the talented former chef of the Peninsula Paris. Just a stone's throw from the Place de l'Étoile, in an elegant dining room with a refined look and pop art paintings, you can enjoy refined, creative French cuisine based on local, seasonal produce. On our visit, we were treated to a perfect egg, mushroom velouté and old Parma, followed by roasted black tiger prawns with green curry cream. For dessert, the 70% chocolate cigar, creamy Guanaja with hazelnut praline and chocolate sorbet was a smooth final note. All in all, a very good start! We'll be back!
