Les serveurs étaient charmants, et j'ai beaucoup apprécié mon entrée aux noix de Saint-Jacques. L'ambiance rétro du lieu était très plaisante.
Cependant, j'ai noté quelques aspects à améliorer, comme les vibrations du sol causées par le passage du métro sous le restaurant. De plus, certains plats semblaient un peu chers pour leur qualité, notamment le tournedos truffé qui manquait de tendreté et de saveur de truffe.
Malgré ces points, je crois que le restaurant possède un potentiel certain et j'espère y retourner une fois que ces détails auront été réglés. Mon avis, bien que constructif en termes d'amélioration, ne vise en aucun cas à ternir la réputation du restaurant.
