Restaurant in Paris offering a traditional cuisine with selected products, a market menu and meats.

In this restaurant, even the most serious indulge in taking a glass of wine at lunch, as it would be pure heresy that not to enjoy the precise food and wine pairings offered by the brilliant sommelier Philippe Faure-Brac. The cooking is traditional and well-reputed, homemade products selected with precision because the menu is changed every month according to the market and the chef Guillaume Saluel's inspiration. You will find the prawns from Madagascar in open ravioli, trimmed leek with citrus fruit and stock of shellfish which leads to the duck breast roasted on the bone with seasonal fruit and Sichuan pepper before ending on the cacaotées brick pastries double bottom, trimmed with chocolate sauce and its chocolate mousse hazelnut praline. You will obviously tell us that it is not always easy to find the wine that will be most harmonious on these preparations. Let yourself guide, you will be surprised by some proposed agreements!

Visite lors d'un déjeuner professionnel.
Les accords mets vins étaient excellents. Le service qui nous explique les vins après la dégustation est une super expérience. Le sommelier est un puit de connaissance en œnologie et partage parfaitement sa passion avec les clients.
Le cuisine est de qualité mais les quantités vraiment petites pour que je mette les 5 étoiles.
J'y retournerais pour découvrir d'autres vins.

Accueil parfait et ambiance feutrée très agréable. Avons choisi la formule découverte faisant confiance, avec raison, au chef qui nous a surpris et régalé à chaque plat. Ah le dessert !!!. Le tout accompagné de vins dont l'origine nous était expliquée avec précision par M.FAURE BRAC.
Soirée exceptionnelle dont nous nous souviendrons.

a restaurant that used to be in the michelin guide, but it seems like the chef has changed and the kitchen can not be the same anymore. the food was okayish, average I would say. the wine was very good! back to the food, the starters were okay, but the portions, especially of the salmon were small. the main were just normal, the chicken was nothing special, the tuna was nothing special, and the beef was chewy, and when we told them that the beef is chewy, they explained to us that this is normal…why would you serve a chewy piece of beef in your restaurant when you know it…very strange. conclusion, 4 glasses of wine, okayish starters, average main and desert, total of 260 euros. service was good, the wine was excellent, the kitchen is disappointing. would not return and recommend only for the wine. and don’t sit at the window when it’s cold outside, it’s freezing cold.

Nice and cozy restaurant. Exquisite food, warm, friendly and homely service, great wine selection. Food is great - local, great ingredients, nice presentation. Great homely feel.

Ce dîner fut pour moi un vrai feu d'artifice avec en bouquet final le dessert. L'harmonie des mets/vin a été somptueuse pour moi. C'est la première fois que je ressens une telle harmonie. Et le dessert fut une apothéose avec l'harmonie du cassis et un vin qui ressemblait à une corbeille de fruits !!! Pour moi qui n'aime jamais le vin avec le dessert, ce fut éblouissant ! Quelle bonne soirée !
