Restaurant in Paris offering seafood, fish, summer truffles, and various desserts.
Thomas Boullault, the chef of this popular neighbourhood restaurant, cut his teeth at the Royal Monceau and the George V. His cuisine is lively and playful, titillating diners' palates and arousing their curiosity. You'll come to see for yourself and end up taking out a subscription. Taste the langoustine tails with ugly grapefruit and you'll understand why this address is so close to our hearts. Continue with wild cod and summer truffle or fillet of Saint-Pierre with chanterelle mushrooms, and finish with a Tatin-style baked apple served with green apple water, salted caramel chantilly and cheesecake ice cream. After reading this menu, you'll already want to make a reservation. Don't say otherwise, we wouldn't believe you... Eric Martins' delicate and highly professional welcome, and a fine wine list.
