His cuisine is lively and playful, titillating diners' palates and arousing their curiosity. You'll come to see for yourself and end up taking out a subscription. Taste the langoustine tails with ugly grapefruit and you'll understand why this address is so close to our hearts. Continue with wild cod and summer truffle or fillet of Saint-Pierre with chanterelle mushrooms, and finish with a Tatin-style baked apple served with green apple water, salted caramel chantilly and cheesecake ice cream.
