Restaurant in Paris offering different dishes, meats, smoked fish and oysters.
Ideally located just a few steps from the Champs-Elysées, Le Chiberta is part of the galaxy of restaurants stamped Guy Savoy. A framework as always signed Jean-Michel Wilmotte bathed in dark and gray colors, a wine list that turn your neighboring wine shop green with envy, a refined service that is close to perfection, prices accordingly but unfailing regularity, as shown by the following dishes: duck foie gras, gingerbread, fine quince jelly with long pepper, smoked wild eel, vitelotte potato, Royale Gala apple, tangy whipped cream, caviar; steamed Noirmoutier sole, Grenoble condiment, grenaille potatoes with New Zealand spinach, lemon sabayon; Peking veal sweetbread with juice, gratin macaronis and truffle celery. Oysters, and their variations (in jelly, stuffed…) are a safe value. You can end with a sweet treat with a chocolate-coffee ″Massaya″ Bio or a black fig of Solliès, Amaretto tart, iced white cheese.
