At the same time, a shop where you can buy apples, ciders, apple juices, and many products derived from apples, a tea room, and a restaurant, Pomze is entirely dedicated to apples. It was initially a curious idea, but it works quite well. The chef Kennichi Handa changes his menu regularly and showcases the numerous varieties of them. Whether, for example, a gazpacho with dice of Pink Lady and its white cheese in basil scent or knives of Brittany with lime, cucumber, and Granny Smith as a starter, risotto with prawns with Cornish cider to follow, and finally a cheesecake with red fruit and caramelised apple as a dessert. An amazing concept, very innovative and also charming.

les serveurs et le patron ont été extrêmement aimables et prévenants. Ils ont même permis à ma grand-mère de monter par l'ascenseur pour lui éviter les marches ! le restaurant se situant au 1° étage.
seul petit bémol les vins inclus dans notre formule ne se sont pas révélés mémorables. Le cidre et le calvados en revanche si !
