LA FERMETTE MARBEUF
Restaurant in Paris elaborating a traditional and family cuisine, unique house specialties.
The Art Nouveau decor and the romantic atmosphere of the frescoes adorning the walls of this Fermette located in the heart of the Golden Triangle are an invitation to dream from the entrance. The grand glass of the early 1900s was classified in 1983 in the inventory of Historic Monuments and is undoubtedly the seduction of this restaurant, which offers traditional, generous, and family-style bourgeois cuisine, with particular attention to the presentation of dishes. Some recipes of the house are unique and historic, such as the light sails of Burgundy Belle Époque and the fricassée of sweetbreads and veal with seasonal vegetables, but the menu also announces ravioli of Dauphiné, Parmesan cream, chives; a Charolais beef tartare hand-cut, new potatoes oven-cooked; a fillet of Scotland's Red Label, crushed potatoes, white butter. Among the desserts, we recommend the crème brûlée with bourbon vanilla cream, Guayaquil chocolate pie, and Fermette soufflé with Grand Marnier (to be ordered properly at the beginning of the meal).
