MINI PALAIS
A recognized address with prices without exaggeration proposes prestigious cocktails in Paris.
The place to be for any good Parisian in who respects himself. What is more logical? A recognized address, prestigious cocktails, prices without exaggeration, one of the most beautiful terraces in Paris with breathtaking views of the Alexandre III Bridge and the beautiful world in the kitchen. The map is designed by Eric Frechon and put in music by Stéphane d 'Aboville. Either an Italian charcuterie board selection "Franco Gulli", a sucrine with olive oil and balsamic, Parmesan Regiano, onions to carbonara and rebait, chicken juice, a carpaccio of smoked beet smoke, half-smoked salmon, breed dressing in vinaigrette for entries. Some of the dishes include gnocchis to the Taggiasche and candied lemon lemon, spices of spice tomato, a tartare of raw beef cut to the knife, a filet of grass laced with soybeans, Choï pack, grey peas and edamame beans. Some classics that are more or less revisited and more or less regressive finally allow the loop to be closed: a chocolate pie, chocolate ice cream, a chocolate-tasting foliage Jivera and Praliné, fine milk foam… Patrick Gilles and Dorothée Boissier (Hakkasan in London, Kinugawa in Paris) have succeeded in giving a beautiful contemporary tone to this space marked by the style of the 1900 s.
