Side kitchen, that fresh and quality products with kitchen that honour the land: Pristine seafood trays from the sea water pool visible at the entrance, rich bouillabaisse, veau calf kidney flambés and fluffy or still roasted beef and its sauce béarnaise…. This is what enchant taste buds, even the most demanding ones. Mollard has several rooms that can be privatised for seminars, birthdays or business meals.

The motard with the andouillette was strong. Nice! It is so rare to get strong mustard nowadays.
