A true institution in the purest Parisian tradition offering a cuisine based on fresh products.

Right in front of Gare Saint-Lazare, Mollard, founded in 1867, is a jewel of Art Nouveau and culinary art, making it a real institution. This brasserie, in the purest Parisian tradition, welcomes guests at any time of the day, until the evening. Side kitchen, that fresh and quality products with kitchen that honour the land: Pristine seafood trays from the sea water pool visible at the entrance, rich bouillabaisse, veau calf kidney flambés and fluffy or still roasted beef and its sauce béarnaise…. This is what enchant taste buds, even the most demanding ones. Mollard has several rooms that can be privatised for seminars, birthdays or business meals.

Nice setting. Good. But it's spoiled at the service level and kitchen. Table of 3-pers formula flat dish. Wrong ordering in the entrees so wait for the marrying salmon to have the soda The homemade duck thigh made by the server turns out to be a confite thigh. (Dry and salty) the gratin dauphinois in accompaniment is unworthy of such a brewery (gratin prepared in a gastroom plate and cut in square and completely desiccated. Qd has the sauce without taste and crumbled and to finish plate past the salamander what makes a presentation completely desiccating not sure that j return one day.
