Triadou Haussmann is the authentic Parisian brasserie that absolutely concentrates all the clichés of its kind. Positive side, you will find the location, within walking distance from the department stores and the Saint-Lazare train station, with a wonderful sunny corner terrace. The place, continuously open from the morning to the evening is spacious, spread over two floors and ideal for group meals since you can privatize the room upstairs. We like the traditional side of the address with its bar and its waiters wearing clothes of coffee waiter. You will find brasserie dishes (poached egg, onion soup, burgundy snails, steak tartare, great steak, chicken supreme, cheeseburger, Troyes andouillette, chocolate mousse, tiramisu with red fruits, apple pie, rum baba, crème brûlée, etc.), without surprise but which play the game. An address that is especially recommended for a coffee, a drink on the terrace or, if you want a snack, for an omelette or a croque-monsieur.

Notre serveur était par contre un peu speed et radical : pas de changement de pomme de terre contre légumes, heureusement le patron était derrière et a rectifié facilement, impossible d'échanger une boule de glace vanille contre 1 boule choco, ni de prendre 10 secondes pour 1 photo avec notre téléphone, mode souvenir de touriste.
Dommage car le reste était parfait.
A tenter malgré tout mais par déception de la rigidité de ce serveur ça ne deviendra pas un restau régulier pour nous.
