The specialty is naturally the sauerkraut, cooking according to tradition, with Alsace white wine, juniper, duck fat, coriander, cumin and mustard seed. To choose, it will be for fine fish, half-salt pig jarret (with or without Crémant D'Alsace), sausage smoked with cumin. This speciality meets with pleasure the seafood and shellfish trays of infinite diversity. Very nice terrace.

Service trop rapide, aperitif servi en même temps que les plats, oubli de mon entrée et déposé à table avec mon plat. L écaillé est frais, la cuisine est beaucoup trop rapide pour être bien faite. Beaucoup de stress entre le personnel.

Choucroute classique, copieuse, tous les produits sont de qualité, mais rien n'est mijote tout semble cuit a l eau, pas de saveur de riesling, de cuit avec les épices baies de genièvres ...etc, bière excellente.

J ai passé un bon moment dans ce restaurant des champs élysées. La choucroute est vraiment bonne et bien copieuse..
Alexandre le serveur est bien agréable et sympathique.
Le service est rapide aussi.
