The Alsace in Paris has its embassy, it is in the heart of the most beautiful avenue in the world and operates in continuous mode 24 hours a day. The specialty is naturally the sauerkraut, cooking according to tradition, with Alsace white wine, juniper, duck fat, coriander, cumin and mustard seed. To choose, it will be for fine fish, half-salt pig jarret (with or without Crémant D'Alsace), sausage smoked with cumin. This speciality meets with pleasure the seafood and shellfish trays of infinite diversity. Very nice terrace.

Des moules qui ont dû être réchauffées, des frites froides, une choucroute industrielle mais surtout le personnel maltraité , des bêtes de somme. Des clients se sont plaints pour leurs 2 plats inmangeables et le chef de rang répond, on s en fout, y a la queue à l entrée.... bref un resto attrape touristes a déconseiller même pour manger sur les champs elysees

Cet établissement est depuis sa réouverture en voie de perdre son identité ! Jambonneau sur choucroute servi avec une sauce sucrée horrible masquant le côté hypersale de la viande .les tarifs ont nettement augmentés et le service est bcp moins bien . Après plusieurs tentatives et malgré plus de 40 ans de fidélité je crois que je vais changer d'adresse. Dommage !!!!
