In this bistro near Saint-Lazare, the traditional cuisine, the local cuisine and the good wines are celebrated every day by a clientele of good people who are happy to choose chef's suggestions. Among the most successful dishes at Le Coin: the faux-filet of Salers grilled with pepper, duck confit with sautéed apples, osso bucco of calf accompanied by polenta, the cod fillet with virgin sauce and the must-eat stuffed cabbage. We just add that the dessert menu is made up of no less than 12 more gourmet suggestions. In the parade, some perfectly bistro classics like the caramel cream, the rum baba and the must-eat rice pudding. As you can well imagine, at Le Coin, we don't go there because we are punished but because we want it.
