Bistro in Paris offering a rogue cuisine and desserts on the same register.
This bistro has been at the top of the poster in Quartier de l'Europe near the Batignolles. We've been pushing its door for years for a little popular cuisine that we taste in a décor composed essentially of old cinema posters. Under the gaze of Laurel and Hardy, we're leaving for a great food that leads us from goat cheese cromesquis with honey to roasted cod fillet, coriander emulsion and herbs salad via a roasted quail from Challans, black rice risotto. The desserts are on the same bistro concept, rustic and gourmet, with a trilogy of crèmes brûlées, chocolate molten cake, red fruit cream or a tiramisu with salted-butter caramel.
