LE BŒUF SUR LE TOIT
Restaurant in Paris elaborating meats, fish, duck and various desserts.
Created in 1922, this house has received many artists, including the famous "Groupe des Six" which made it the haven of their feasts. Now property of the Flo group, it continues to be the meeting point of the whole Paris under the direction of chef Nicolas Jollivet, this time around a Charolais beef tartare or a à la plancha cod fillet. Among the pleasures offered by the restaurant, let yourself be tempted by the smoked salmon cannelloni, the spinach and Sainte-Maure's goat cheese, the young shoots salad, or the duckling filet of Father Léon, duck juice with tamarin, polenta with dried fruits. As for the dessert, vanilla crème brûlée and mousse soufflé with Grand Cru Manjari chocolat are the safe values.

We went around 7:30, and it was fairly empty. The place started to fill up closer to 8:15 and the live music started around 8:45. If I had discipline to eat late and I were to do it again, I wouldn’t arrive until after 8:30.
