Passers-by get attracted by the pretty frontage with healthy olive trees. Inside, you will find a chic Provencal atmosphere, with its wood panelling and blue shutters, its bright walls, the wooden tables and braided seats. The chef, Philippe Legendre, offers a cuisine based on organic products and southern flavours. A philosophy that can be found on the menu from the starters with crunchy green beans, almonds, mint and parmesan or gazpacho beefsteak tomatoes, lemongrass and ginger. As for fish, we fall for the lacquered cod, quinoa crisp and ginger emulsion and for meat, for beef tartare in a chimichurri way, mayonnaise with wasabi, salad and chips. We finish with a strawberry millefeuille and light cream.
