The eponymous restaurant offers a chic and modern self-service.
Dominique Bouchet, the leader of the eponymous restaurant, embarked on the adventure of the chic and modern self-service, all red and grey dressed. Here as elsewhere, we take its plate, its cutlery, its glass and its tail. First stop, entries: white cabbage salad to smoked magret or fish bowl with vegetables, or even lentils served minute. Second stop, la of desserts. A cortège of chocolate foam, Bourbon vanilla panna, and it's finally orange jelly grapefruit with its poppy foam finishing on our shelf. Third stop, the associate chef, formerly of Crillon, parked in front of his furnaces. On the day menu, roast pork with a carefully controlled thyme and very successful swordfish tartar. The fifth and last stop, Madam cashier, makes the currency with the smile and indicates the location of the microwave oven and the coffee machine. And then, like everyone else, we gremlin with his platter looking for a table.

Malheureusement je trouve ça un peu cher, même pour le quartier.
Les plats sont parfois un peu trop salés à mon goût (mais je n'aime pas trop saler)
