The culinary gem of this Neva with a very discreet facade is run by a duo who has proven their worth at La Grande Cascade: Beatriz Gonzales and Yannick Tranchant. So certainly it is a bistro on paper, but on the plate, it is close to the gastro. We can feel that the couple in charge of the cuisine is experienced with very gourmet appetizers as a starter, then from the starter, extremely precise presentation in the image of this perfect egg, Landes white asparagus and peas. Even the classic cod, green asparagus of the Alpilles, Daikon, Kalamata olive sabayon are dressed with a perfectly unusual elegance. The pollack, smoked cauliflowers, capers condiment, parsley are not left behind with a cooking that is perfectly controlled. Yannick Tranchant's signature dessert? The unstructured Kalapaia chocolate sphere in Belle-Hélène pear way. Guaranteed sensations!
