LES 110 DE TAILLEVENT
A popular restaurant for wine lovers with a wine list of 110 references to accompany the dishes.
At Les 110, spin-off of the chic Taillevent restaurant, the meal is accompanied by drink: for each dish, one or more different wines by the glass are offered in a very didactic way by the menu. 110 references in total hence the name, by the glass or in bottle and there, you will try not to get lost among over 330 references. An exceptional wine list, therefore, brilliant synthesis of the Taillevent cellars orchestrated by Pierre Bérot, to accompany the dishes whose inspiration is from an extremely classical register of French gastronomy. These include scallops in carpaccio, celery remoulade and watercress or a tourteau such as raviole, celery puree and lobster bisque, or the "perfect" poached egg and fried whiting Colber "tartare sauce". The technique and the cooking are appropriate, the products are of good quality. Finally, the proposed matches are undeniably appropriate, highlighting the dishes with finesse. The decor, between dark wood and light leather, encourages tasting in a cozy atmosphere. This 110 is a success, for wine lovers and epicureans!

Standout among the culinary symphony was the semi-cooked tuna, its virgin olive oil condiment sauce achieving a flavor and texture that surpassed typical "seared tuna" offerings. From the organic egg with mayo and caviar to the red mullet viennoise, and the Grand Marnier cordon rouge Soufflé, each plate showcased outstanding craftsmanship. Les 110 de Taillevent proves that true magic lies in the art of blending seemingly simple ingredients into extraordinary culinary experiences. A memorable evening that sets the standard for our future dining adventures in the heart of Paris.
