Restaurant where a young chef elaborates elegant and delicate menus in Paris.
After five years at Les Climats, where he earned a Michelin star, Julien Boscus opened Origines, his first restaurant. The child of Saint-Cyprien-sur-Dourdou, who is very attached to his roots, to his land and to quality French products, wanted to reflect his values through the name of his establishment. The young chef has created elegant, delicate menus, sometimes seasoned or enhanced with Aveyron ingredients or aromatic products. As all the food comes from short circuits, the dishes vary according to the seasons.

I actually became sick after the dish, threw up for over a day.
There’s also too much whipped cream in the chocolate hazelnut dessert. Not enough chocolate or dense texture to balance
