A starred restaurant near the Madeleine, offering friendly service

For this Michelin-starred restaurant near the Madeleine, Stéphane Manigold has put his trust in a duo of chefs who brilliantly execute a stunning score playing on contrasts, such as the land-sea theme with this beef tongue topped with smoked pike roe as a starter for our lunch. We may (eventually) regret the fact that only set-course menus are offered, but the lunch menu is definitely worth sharing. Contrasting decor (stylish moldings/contemporary furniture) and friendly service.

This will be a dining experience that will test and hopefully expand your dietary world. Incredible pairs. Some I could not enjoy but I can see how others can. Wonderful experience.

Simply fantastic staff with good wine and food advice. Some truly phenomenal dishes and everything was good. Cosy but buzzing atmosphere makes this a great place for a date or perhaps an intimate business dinner. A lot of the food is supremely well balanced and refined no crass flavor bombs here but a supremely well constructed meal. Interiors is nice, somehow it strikes a balance between being fancy, cool and cozy at the same time.

Cuisine excellente nous avons passés un très bon moment. Seule petit déception : l’accord mets vins. Les choix du sommelier étaient très justes mais la quantité de vin servie était vraiment très light (clairement moins qu un verre standard) ce qui rendait le rapport qualité prix très salé...!
