For this Michelin-starred restaurant near the Madeleine, Stéphane Manigold has put his trust in a duo of chefs who brilliantly execute a stunning score playing on contrasts, such as the land-sea theme with this beef tongue topped with smoked pike roe as a starter for our lunch. We may (eventually) regret the fact that only set-course menus are offered, but the lunch menu is definitely worth sharing. Contrasting decor (stylish moldings/contemporary furniture) and friendly service.

Very very unprofessional and not the way to treat your customers. On TripAdvisor I was giving it 3 stars out of 5, but after the reply from the owner I need to give it only 1 star here.
