Have you never been to this Parisian institution with a prestigious past, which has been awarded three stars by Alain Senderens? Chef Hugo Bourny prepares a cuisine as delicious as it is delicate. On the menu of La Table (one Michelin star), on the first floor decorated with Majorelle woodwork, are refined dishes, such as this imperial shrimp-bouillon with bergamot leaves-rosemary-grilled broccoli. Each is offered with a wine, but without obligation. At Le Petit Lucas, upstairs, the cuisine is simpler - but of high quality - and at more moderate prices.
