We were really extremely satisfied in this beatiful hotel. Very kind staff, very helpful. We will definitely come back by our next stay in Paris.

Nous cherchions un hotel pour des amis dans ce quartier. Très bon accueil de Kim . belle decouverte d'un hotel cosy, moderne sans trop l'étre, décoration de qualité. Nous l'avons donc selectionné pour nos amis étrangers.

Hôtel 10/10!
Je viens souvent dans cet hôtel et je suis toujours autant bien accueilli par Kim la réceptionniste.
L’équipe est top, le cadre est magnifique, l’ambiance est chaleureuse et très calme.

Personnel très à l'écoute, avec attention particulière de la part du service de salle, Kim de l'accueil très sympathique, les chambres sont très confortables et très propres
Je recommande fortement l'établissement et nous reviendrons certainement

Le lieu est calme et tamisé. J’ai diner au Petit Montaigne. C’était excellent et je tiens à remercier Julie et Jean-Christophe pour la qualité de leur service. Je reviendrai certainement accompagné.

Endroit agréable pour prendre un thé ou un chocolat chaud. Le personnel agréable dont Carolina qui est vraiment incroyable et aux petits soins. Merci encore

L endroit est exceptionnel hôtel est somptueux et convivial très cosy et chaleureux. A recommander fortement Carolina et Kim sont 2 femmes extraordinaires. Elles nous accueillent avec un grand sourire et elles sont de bons conseils et très gentilles , professionnelles et surtout on se sent bien avec elles .
Bravo pour votre générosité, on reviendra avec grand plaisir

Not even close to be a 3 star hotel , the worst hotel I ever staid . Bad service on everything. Mexican motels are better

Le comportement du personnel de service nous a semblé discourtois et peu agréable, et nous avons ressenti un certain jugement envers les clients. Notre arrivée a été marquée par une rencontre avec un Monsieur dont l'accueil s'est avéré peu chaleureux. Nous avons dû nous occuper nous-mêmes du stationnement de notre véhicule, car on nous a reproché de ne pas avoir réservé à l'avance le service de voiturier. Par ailleurs, nous avons été déçus par la taille relativement petite de la chambre et la présence d'odeurs désagréables. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons ressenti un manque d'enthousiasme de la part du personnel pour accueillir les clients. Cette expérience contraste fortement avec nos séjours précédents dans d'autres hôtels cinq étoiles à Paris.

My recent stay at Hotel Montaigne in Paris, booked through Agoda.com, has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite initially hoping for a pleasant experience, multiple aspects of my stay have fallen far below my expectations, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Right from the moment of arrival, it became evident that the level of service and genuine hospitality was severely lacking. While there were two friendly ladies at the reception, it quickly became apparent that the hotel lacked properly trained and specialized staff to cater to specific guest needs. This was particularly evident when I required assistance with simple requests, such as obtaining an adaptor or weighing my suitcase. The staff’s dismissive and unhelpful responses only added to my frustration and dissatisfaction.

Furthermore, the condition of the room itself was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness standards were below par, and several promised amenities were either missing or of such low quality that they were practically unusable. The lack of attention to detail has greatly detracted from the overall comfort and enjoyment of my stay.

Moreover, the absence of essential services, such as bellboys or concierge staff, was highly noticeable. Such services are typically expected and appreciated in a hotel of this caliber. Their absence only served to further diminish the overall guest experience.

Lastly, I must address an incident that occurred during my stay. I woke up this morning to find a bruise on my lips. This injury was a direct result of a staff member’s negligence when attempting to assist me with a simple task. The individual, who mentioned having back pain, and he can’t lift it. He gave it to me to try pulling. Unaware of the proper technique, I tried to pull and my hand slipped because bag is heavy which resulted in the bruise on my lip. Such negligence and lack of training is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s commitment to guest safety and well-being. And surely refund the whole stay with apologized letter.

If a situation like this can occur to me, it is alarming to think about the potential harm that could befall other unsuspecting guests. It is my strong belief that if similar incidents were to happen to other individuals, they would rightfully pursue legal action against the hotel.

In conclusion, my experience at Hotel Montaigne via Agoda.com has been an absolute disappointment. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and makes immediate improvements to their service, staff training, cleanliness standards, and overall guest experience. I urge potential guests to carefully consider their options and think twice before choosing this hotel.

It was the worst experience in Paris. Our windows were facing other room windows. From the restaurant you can clearly see our toilet room (NO PRIVACY). Even the curtains are so thin that you can see everything. But worst is shower experience. It’s combined together with toilet. So after taking shower you can’t use toilet. And there is no wardrobe in the room.

Hôtel situé au début de l'avenue Montaigne proche de la place de l'Alma.

Le lieu est cosy pour orendre un verre au cours d'une réunion de travail.

Dommage que le cappuccino ait aussi peu de goût.

Cela méritera une nouvelle visite pour tester la carte.

Rien a redire un séjour parfait, un très bon accueil, un studio famille très bien et d'une propreté irréprochable.

this is not 5 star hotel. all the staff are unprofessional. not worth paying this much.

the hotel wifi isn't working and couldn't receive text / phone call. really bad internet connection in the building. it effected to my work.

house keeping doesn't do their jobs. they don't correct rubbish, and they don't make it tidy.

also when I was taking a bath around 6pm, the house keeper guy came into my room. it never happen at 5 star hotel in Japan, because they know if the customer is resting in the room or not.

at the end, when I checked out, they showed me the breakfast bill which is someone else's €65, and tried to charge me.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hotel Montaigne. Will definitely return again! Thanks to the front desk workers????????

Chambre confortable et SDB design & fonctionnelle.
Néanmoins, le service ne correspond pas à un établissement 5*.
Le petit déjeuner à 32€ est GROTTESQUE : quelques mini viennoiseries, un peu de pain... et le pompom la salade de fruits qui n'est autre que la salade de fruits que l'ont vous servez à la cantine baignant dans son jus et froide !
Il y a des ajustements essentiels à faire.
