Hotel location is ideal. Staff excellent! Some issues with room which were not able to be rectified, like the noise from the A/C which sounded every minute & 15 seconds, the shower drain which was SLOW. Front desk was very helpful with anything & everything. Well staffed & groomed. Felt safe & cared for. Shout out to Ismael & Said for all their help & attention.Lots of cafes, shops as you go out the hotel door! Merci, to everyone at Hotel Rochester. We shall return.

I loved this hotel. We upgraded for a larger room and it was very spacious. Concierge was so helpful and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and location was perfect!

The room is very clean and comfortable；The front desk and baggage staff are very nice！In particular, Ms. Yu Liya was super wonderful. She spoke Chinese with us, which made us feel very friendly.

We received a guest survey before staying. I explained we were travelling with children and it was for a special occasion. However this was irrelevant to the hotel with no mention of this and nothing in the room. What is the point of sending a survey to guests in advance if you ignore it?

It was a pleasure to stay at your beautiful hotel. The location was superb for site-seeing, restaurants and shopping. The staff was amazing and made my birthday vacation the vacation of a lifetime! Will definitely recommend.

Emplacement idéal, personnel sympathique, hôtel calme. Le seul bémol est la baignoire dans la salle de bain plutôt qu'une douche à l'italienne vu le prix de la chambre.

It was a great stay, exceeded my expectations. Clean rooms and bathrooms, everything is working. When carpet will be changed to parquet it becomes great. Only downgrade was the safe which is much too small.
