Room rather small but very clean and pleasant, with a large and comfortable bed, a roomy shower. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful, really nothing negative to say.

This hotel was great value! The newly renovated bathrooms were fantastic with separate tub and shower. Superb water pressure.

Very happy with our stay. The room was great as well as the bathroom! It was very comfortable to benefit from both a shower and a bathtub. The staff was very nice as well. The only negative aspect was that we didn't have hot water... Hopefully, this day was very hot so tepid water was fine.

We were welcomed very warmly by Hamza (Hamzan?) and we later had a good chat with him about life in general. He is an excellent member of staff who made us feel very welcome.

Great greetings and the staff was really helpful and kind. The room was great. The hallway and lift were very narrow but still managed to navigate the pushchair.

Obliger de repasser à la vue de tout le monde . Impossible d’avoir un fer en chambre pour raison de normes incendies ce qui ne s’applique pas apparement pour d’autres hôtels du secteur que j’ai fréquenté. Chambre mal insonorisée

Situation à côté de la gare st-lazare très pratique. Un peu bruyant s’il fait chaud et qu’on souhaite ouvrir la fenêtre mais une fois fermée c’est convenable. Nous avons été bien reçu et la requête spéciale de décoration a été respectée. La chambre était propre et spacieuse pour un hotel parisien

Voilà plusieurs années que nous prenons une chambre à l'Ouest Hôtel au début de l'année. Nous avons toujours été très satisfaits de l'emplacement, de l'accueil, de la chambre et du service. Je ne peux que recommander cette adresse et, d'ailleurs, je ne manque pas une occasion de le faire.
