For the little story, the Marquis de Dessert entrusted his project to the architect Jules Pellechet, who designed a four-storey building, to the classic facade, scandée by numerous windows. At the beginning of the th century, the Hotel de Sers became a care institution. In the architectural style of the s, the building is raised over four floors, to which a six storey building has been built. The interior spaces are redistributed by giving each room a bathroom. In 1935, the Hotel de la Sers is a hotel of travellers. Today it is a 5-star hotel with a huge gallery of portraits, an open restaurant on an indoor garden and an impressive wood panelled lounge. The rooms are clean and warm, with clear volumes, a modular light according to three levels, soft and low wooden furniture, always united fabrics, marble bathrooms. The suites are bright and some offer the luxury of a terrace with an extraordinary view over Paris. The S Bar and marble bar serves a wide range of cocktails.
