HÔTEL DU MINISTÈRE * * * *
Hotel behind the Ministry of the Interior with rooms decorated with contemporary art and influences from Africa and Oceania.
This hotel is located just behind the Ministry of the Interior and next to the rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The owner entrusted the decoration to an architect who was able to combine with great taste and originality the 1960 s, contemporary art and influences from Africa and Oceania. It plays with curves and lines, the graphical reflections, the threaded structures. The colors also come with a strange personalization because they are sometimes completely en, but it is very good. In June 2015 a new wing of 18 rooms was set up. It communicates with the first building and has 5 duplex. The marble bar and the breakfast room are now registered in this new area. The rooms in the first part are decorated to leave a volume impression, and the bathtubs are sheltered behind the wooden lathe in wood on. Africa is found in carpets with geometric motifs while furniture is very much 1960. In the new building, the architect drew on the geometry, adorned with color keys. It is a very fashionable urban refuge, but rather the opposite of the environmental minimalism.

Le réceptionniste colombien était très attentif, et parler espagnol était phénoménal.
